Appointments
  • We recommend booking your appointments in advance to ensure availability.
  • A credit card is required to hold your appointment.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
  • We understand that plans change. We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the service price.
  • No-shows will be charged the full service price.

Late Arrivals
  • If you arrive late, your session will be shortened to accommodate the next client's scheduled appointment.
  • You will be charged the full service price.

  • Payment is due at the time of service.
  • Gift certificates are available for purchase and are non-refundable.

  • Please inform us of any health conditions, injuries, or medications that might affect your massage.
  • If you are ill, especially with any contagious condition, we ask that you reschedule your appointment.
  • I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for health and safety reasons.
